Reigniting Africa with Purpose and Passion
At Red Hot Africa, we’re not just another enterprise; we invest in transformative infrastructure and commercial ventures across underinvested regions—sparking prosperity where it’s needed most.
Red Hot Africa is a credible African-owned and operated infrastructure company with deep local insight and on-the-ground experience. We understand the complexities, the culture, and the opportunity — and we know how to turn vision into bankable, sustainable projects.
Red Hot Africa is not just an idea on paper- it’s an enterprise in motion. Our flagship project, already underway, demonstrates our ability to structure, finance, and execute complex infrastructure and development projects.
The Heart Behind the Work.
“I founded Red Hot Africa to show the world that the so-called margins are actually frontiers filled with untapped potential. Drawing from my experience in public service, conservation, humanitarian work, international diplomacy and community development, I realised it was time to stop waiting for change and start building it. This initiative is my heartfelt contribution to a Kenya — and an Africa — that rises boldly from its roots.”
Abshiro Halake
Our founder’s journey reflects the very soul of Red Hot Africa: grounded in service, forged in community, and driven by an unshakeable belief that Africa’s future will be written by those closest to its challenges and its gifts.

We believe in making transformative investments in infrastructure and commerce that are commercially strong, socially grounded, and environmentally conscious—ventures that deliver measurable returns while multiplying impact for communities, ecosystems, and economies.
01
Transformation
We help transform underinvested regions into thriving hubs of opportunity by backing local talent, culture, and natural assets. We catalyse ecosystems, not one-off wins. Every venture is designed to multiply impact — creating jobs, strengthening identity, and opening markets while respecting the land and the people who call it home.
02
Infrastructure
Real change needs more than capital; it needs connection, infrastructure, and vision. We partner with communities to build the backbone of a regenerative local economy: resilient infrastructure that connects people to opportunity, markets to producers, and regions to the wider world. Our focus is on lasting foundations, not quick fixes.
03
Commerce
We’re not here to maintain the status quo. We’re here to challenge it. From design to delivery, we ensure that ventures are commercially resilient, culturally respectful, and environmentally thoughtful. The result: enterprises that create real value for investors while uplifting the people and places they touch.
Turning underinvested regions into vibrant engines of prosperity—for people, planet, and future generations.
NFD: A Game-Changer for Northern Kenya
Red Hot Africa is already developing a flagship project that showcases our model: commercially strong, socially grounded, and designed to transform and unlock long-term value for investors, communities, and partners.
Introducing NFD: a visionary mixed-use eco-stop located along the rapidly growing Isiolo -Meru highway. This highway connects tourism hotspots like Samburu and Laikipia, as well as over 30 community conservancies, and supports regional and cross-border trade. Our eco-stopover is designed to transform the tourism and road logistics sectors by providing green infrastructure that connects communities and establishes economic hubs.
Phase 1
A branded fuel station will serve as the anchor point, supported by traveller amenities, clean restrooms, convenience retail, food outlets and landscaped public spaces.
In Progress
Phase 2
Warehousing and logistics hub that features typical logistics amenities, including fuelling and charging plazas for trucks, secure truck parking, maintenance and service bays, wide turning radii, and truck driver amenities.
In Progress
Phase 3
A private eco-accommodation complex with multiple cottages alongside conference facilities, all powered by solar infrastructure with eco-conscious landscaping.
In Progress
Together, we can create jobs, foster green infrastructure and establish economic hubs.
